Smart-HDL was founded in early 2008, as a China's registered joint venture enterprise established by Mr. Liang Guoqin of HDL (Guangzhou Hedong Electronic Co., Ltd. was established 1985) and Mr. Firas Mazloum of Smarthome, the UAE, both having a wealth of knowledge and vast experience and expertise in all facets of electronics with a cumulative practice for over forty years. Both of the two persons have taken many courses on the subject of automation with an extensive experience in finished projects. In 1992, DIGITCOM established the Canadian Offices and linked with PYRAVISION of Canada to become a linguist and Voice Recognition Technology Center.In 1996, Digitcom Technology Management relocates the Regional Head offices from Saudi Arabia to Dubai, the UAE. In 1997, Digitcom Offices were established to serve mainly governmental and semi governmental sectors and luxury high end structures. In 2003, Digitcom-Smarthome began the operation with the start of residential boom in the region, accomplishing many tasks and proofing the superior solutions for the current market needs. Our Scandinavian Headquarters was established in 2009 in Norway with Direct Branch in Sweden to cover Main Scandinavian Network for expansion.
